2024: New Year | Same Me

happy new year, you gorgeous human!

 

i cannot believe 2024 is officially here.

there is SO much energy and expectation around this year. i have no idea what all 2024 has planned for me, but i am as ready as i'll ever be.

 

a slogan that hit me on january 1 was…

“new year. same me.”

 

and while some may not identify with that statement, because of all the healing and work i have invested in…i am grateful to say that who i am right now is the greatest, most evolved version of myself to date!

 

if “same me” means waking up, being present, meditating, reflecting on and embodying gratitude and unconditional love, moving into business and the daily to-do lists, working out, going on long walks with ima, eating dinner with the fam either at our small kitchen table or while we watch re-runs of “justified”, ending the day with a little tidying up, reflection, and gratitude…then yes…absolutely yes…same me.

 

it's simply amazing what transpires when you decide to live your life with intention and purpose. you disconnect from society's rules and expectations and discover your own sovereign being…that you are the creator of your reality and life.

 

my resolution this year? i don't have one.
 

i. am. resolved.

there is nothing that needs to be fixed, changed, embellished, or discovered.

it's all desire from here on out.

focusing on my desire and the why behind it is what i've experienced to be the most magical potion to making our dreams come true.

 

i invite you to take some time for yourself in these next few days, if you've not done so already, and focus on what you desire and what you think you need. i'm excited to see what comes of this for you.
