Necessary Endings
i know i know...it's december 15th when i'm writing this and i should be talking ALL things Hanukkah Christmas, Kwanzaa and over 20 more celebrations happening across all cultures and faiths...but i can't help feel the energy that 2024 is bringing already. but before i get to that...
let me first say to you...Happy Holidays.
whatever this season means to you, whatever traditions you hold dear and sacred beliefs you hold within the depths of your being...i celebrate the fullness of you, your traditions, and your beliefs.
my louisiana fam is heading here this week for our annual christmas tradition of devoting one evening to eating out, driving around in a big van viewing the best lit up streets here in dallas, and ending the day back at my home to share our gifts with one another. it truly is a blessed time, a sacred time for me.
whether this time of year is full of pure joy for you or you're processing this season through the lens of grief and loss, i am thinking of you. celebrate in a way that honors you, your body, and your process.

now let's talk 2024, shall we?
in early november, a hit of the 2024 energy came into my soul. over this past month, i have received incredible insights for where i am headed and how i am to get there. one thing that became crystal clear is the need to make room for more. more for my business, my relationships, and most importantly, for me.
for the past six weeks, i've been diligently and respectfully tying up loose ends, ending business contracts with my clients, clearing out my home of "stuff", and releasing more healing within my body.
i am creating space for the blessings and expansion that 2024 is certain to bring.
most of us can feel the need for change, but only few know how to go about it in a way that honors themselves and those they are connected with.
over the years, i have held myself to incredibly high standards in how i end seasons and relationships in my life. i haven't always hit the mark. mistakes have been made. people hurt. but...i have always made things right when i learned i could have done better.
endings are necessary. endings come in many different forms.
- you can end things within yourself...perhaps from addictive behavior or repeating negative patterns that are having adverse reactions in your life.
- you can end things because your work life no longer aligns with you.
- you can end a relationship because the two of you have changed or you have changed...
there are many ways "necessary endings" play out.
i decided to offer a paid masterclass called "Necessary Endings" to usher in this 2024 energy. we will be discussing all the things as it relates to identifying what needs to end in your life, why the ending is necessary, and your next steps to making this ending possible while holding the highest level of integrity and character in the process. i'll be sharing my greatest experiences with you along, what i have learned, and taking all of your questions.
